Provincial Party Committee announces personnel decisions
Early November 22, provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce personnel decisions. Comrade Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation, together with comrade Vo Van Minh, Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Chairman of provincial People's Committee, presided over the conference.
Provincial leaders present decisions to the newly appointed officials
At the conference, provincial leaders handed over a decision on retirement taking effect on December 1, 2024, to comrade Huynh Van Nghe, Vice Secretary of Ben Cat city’s Party Committee and Chairman of the city’s People's Council. Provincial leaders also announced other personnel appointment decisions. Accordingly, comrade Huynh Van Dan, Pernament Vice Secretary of Dau Tieng district’s Party Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure, will step down from the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and his position as Permanent Vice Secretary of Dau Tieng district’s Party Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure. He has been appointed as Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission. Comrade Nguyen Dinh Khanh, Vice Secretary of provincial Enterprise Bloc’s Party Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure, will leave his positions on the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and as Vice Secretary of provincial Enterprise Bloc’s Party Committee. He will take up duties at Dau Tieng district’s Party Committee, where he has been assigned to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and appointed as Permanent Vice Secretary of Dau Tieng district’s Party Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure. Comrade Tran Thi Hong Hanh, Vice Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Chairperson of provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, will take up duties at provincial Enterprise Bloc’s Party Committee. She has been assigned to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and appointed as Vice Secretary of provincial Enterprise Bloc’s Party Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure. Comrade Doan Van Dong, Vice Secretary of Phu Giao district’s Party Committee and Chairman of the district’s People's Committee will step down from the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and his position as Vice Secretary. He has been appointed as Deputy Head of provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilization. Comrade To Van Dat, Member of the Board of Members and Deputy General Director of Binh Duong Project Management and Investment Company (IMPCo), has been assigned to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and appointed as Vice Secretary of Phu Giao district’s Party Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure. Comrade Vo Thanh Giau, Chairman of Bau Bang district’s People's Committee has been transferred to provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and appointed as Deputy Director of the department from December 1, 2024. Comrade Tran Si Nam, Vice Chairman of Thu Dau Mot city’s People's Committee has been transferred to provincial Department of Construction and appointed as Deputy Director, taking effect from December 1, 2024.
The conference also announced decisions from the Minister of Public Security regarding personnel as follows: Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Thanh Truc, Head of provincial Police Agency’s Personnel Department has been appointed as Deputy Director of provincial Police Agency, taking effect from November 20, 2024. Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Huy Van, Head of the Logistics Division of the Immigration Department under the Ministry of Public Security, has been appointed as Deputy Director of provincial Police Agency, taking effective from November 20, 2024.
Addressing the conference, provincial Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Loi emphasized that the reorganization and appointment of personnel aimed at serving the province and the country during this new phase of development. He congratulated the newly appointed officials, encouraging them to view their new roles as opportunities to further develop their leadership and management skills towards the local development. He expressed confidence that these officials will overcome challenges, contribute their intelligence, foster collective unity and successfully fulfill their responsibilities. He also wished comrade Huynh Van Nghe good health, happiness and continued involvement in contributing to the local development.
