Thorough preparation for activities celebrating the Party and Lunar New Year 2025

On the afternoon of January 15, provincial Steering Committee for Organizing Major Holidays held a meeting to prepare activities celebrating the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2025) and plans for the fireworks display welcoming the Lunar New Year 2025. The meeting was chaired by Nguyen Loc Ha, Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee.

At the meeting, representatives of relevant departments and agencies reported on preparations for the events. The program is scheduled for February 3, which falls on the 6th day of the Lunar New Year, at provincial Convention and Exhibition Center. The program will feature a combination of documentary screenings and artistic performances, including songs praising the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and Binh Duong's homeland. The get-together will also announce the draft documents for the 12th provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, award the third-class Labor Order, “national emulation soldier’’ titles, Party badges and commend outstanding Party members for 2024. Provincial Party Committee’s digital transformation platform and digital transformation strategy until 2030 will be introduced at the event. Regarding the fireworks display plan to welcome the new year, the Steering Committee has arranged a fireworks show in Thu Dau Mot city through a socialized model.

Speaking at the meeting, provincial Party Committee Vice Secretary Nguyen Loc Ha agreed with the proposed content and program, instructed relevant units to focus on thoroughly preparing the activities to celebrate the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the fireworks display for the Lunar New Year, creating a joyful atmosphere for people to welcome the spring and celebrate the Tet holiday.
