On January 10, a delegation, led by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha visited and presented Tet gifts to policy beneficiary families, revolutionary contributors, poor households and workers facing difficult circumstances in Binh Duong province on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake. The event was attended by Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation; Vo Van Minh, Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Loc Ha, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee, along with other members of provincial Party Standing Committee.

Speaking at the gift-giving program, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha emphasized that with the spirit of "leaving no one behind", the Party and State have allocated significant resources to implement social welfare policies, express gratitude to those who contributed to the revolution and mobilize social resources to care for revolutionary contributors, poor households and workers with difficult circumstances. He also congratulated achievements done by Binh Duong province in socio-economic development and improvement of people's lives in 2024. Notably,

Binh Duong is the first province in the country to have no poor households under the general standard; it is the province with the highest GRDP per capita in the country...

The Deputy Prime Minister also highly appreciated the efforts by the Party and government of Binh Duong province, which have consistently focused on social welfare policies and the “pay debt of gratitude” work for people who have contributed to the revolution. Particularly, in areas with a large number of workers, in 2024, the province achieved the goal of building 8,000 social housing units for workers, and in 2025, the province is focusing on constructing additional 20,000 social housing units for low-income workers… On behalf of Party and State leaders, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha sent his best wishes to the Party, government, and people of Binh Duong province, wishing them a warm and prosperous Tet, with health, prosperity and success in the new year. During the program, the delegation presented 400 gifts and Binh Duong province also gave 300 Tet gifts for poor and near-poor households and workers facing difficulties in the province. Each gift included VND 1 million in cash and a gift worth VND 300,000.

Earlier, on the occasion of the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and to celebrate the Lunar New Year, welcoming the Year of the Snake 2025, Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation, along with provincial delegation, visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiary families in Ben Cat city.

The delegation visited Nguyen Van Nhan, a 75-year Party member and former Chairman of Ban Cat district’s Association for the Elderly; Nguyen Van Hung, a 60-year Party member and former Head of Ben Cat district’s Military Command as well as policy beneficiaries who were affected by toxin chemicals.

In the visiting places, Mr. Loi extended best regards to the families, encouraged elderly Party members to live happily and healthily, serving as shining examples for their descendants to follow and expressed deep gratitude for significant contributions by the Party members. On the occasion of the New Year and the Tet (Lunar New Year) celebration, he wished the families of the elderly Party members good health and a warm, joyful and happy spring
